I am glad they are addressing this in the show for all the haters. The language exists in almost every corporation and institution. It is put in there to prevent abuse, sexual harassment and unfair treatment under the guise of romantic relationships.

In general it is only applicable to direct management chains or people who interact or have power to be partial to you unfairly. Most people tend to request a change in the teams or management chains when they are in serious relationships. However Shaurya is not her teacher here so unsure what the issue is here.

I don't know why they brought it up or how they intend to resolve it but it will bring the soch issue back-If one of them has to make the sacrifice for the sake of relationship, will it be Anokhi or Shaurya? I am guessing Shaurya will step up this time.
