True - that was the purpose of the dialogue indeed but not her reason for telling. I know it's weird but I did not like her comment ... and it made me think of all the previous instances. She only tries to do something nice / right when Ahaan is present, and she makes it a point that he sees "her goodness". When Ishqi is there, she always talks about marriage and being Mrs Ahaan bla bla bla. In front of Dadi / his family, she sweet talks and says what they each want to hear. She is not naive - she knows how to play nice basically to get what she wants.

Honestly I was expecting better from Ahaan. Even Kartik's parents assumed she must have a solid reason but not him. Why does she have to explain herself everytime? Why can't he trust her?

I do hope in the future he has to do more to win her over. She really DESERVES BETTER. I don't want him doing bare minimum anymore.

But he assumed its because her feelings towards him...that is wrong as per his sanskari principles

Next weeks' episodes are gonna be painful😭 I guess leap will be next to next week. I hope they reveal the truth about Mayank soon after the leap. I wont have heart to watch dragging MU between Ishqaan

Yes but even after ishki said if you knew why i'm doing this you would support me, he was still mad at her. He could've trusted her then.

Well Sonu was scared thinking there to be a ghost in the car's boot when driving to the resort, and the bellboy did scream Bhoot hai when he saw Savi in the boot😆

Agree that it was a great episode after a few draggy ones!
I think to be fair to Ahaan he is currently thinking the whole world only revolves around him 🤣 He assumed that the reason she walked off is because Ishqi likes him.. I mean, that doesn’t make any sense to anyone esp as Ishqi knows he’s getting married etc... except to Ahaan of course! [oh I saw your post after this- it’s true that he didn’t consider that she might have another reason...at this point Ahaan s character is much less fleshed out than Ishqis- his actions are a bit inconsistent...most of it can be explained by his just being completely in denial/not accepting his feelings but not all of it..]

I also hope that he has a good character development in future, it will only come after a few home truths though so let’s see if that happens any time soon!

Generally the show seems quite good at clearing misunderstandings quickly so hoping for the same here rather than anything prolonged.

Really impressed with Ishqis character and the writers for the dialogues today!
Sarlu is so annoying... guess Sonu is going to have a tough time ahead of her - what a crazy family the malhotras are that they keep putting up with all her bullying. They think marriage is THE goal in life for every woman no matter how bad the situation is 😕
