I don't think Vansh knows anything about Vyom's wife or some child. He came to know that was dead only when Angre did that background check. And Vyom showed him that photo of Ridhu saying that she was his wife. Unless the writers's have forgotten their own story (which is a very high possibility here), Vansh can't be responsible for their deaths or whatever it is that happened. Also, didn't Vyom say that he killed his wife in a fit of anger because he thought she was having an extra marital affair? I hope CVs haven't forgotten that bit
