This statement was directed at Dev, for whom I feel pity. He married for love, but he doesn't even have an ounce of courage to make things right.

He lost someone like Raavi, who would show all the love possible, but it stands true. You get what you deserve!

Raavi deserved someone as courageous as Shiva, her night in shining armour behind whose biceps she can hide safely and stylishly. Shiva is a perfect foil to her fairly bird-brained IQ despite being the one who didn't go to college.

And to me, it kinda felt like Suman was implying that Raavi got a better husband. I don't know why but I perceived it that way only. Maybe over all the years, she has noticed how Shiva suited Raavi more in comparison to Dev.

She was remembering how she was treated when she first came to that house. That's exactly how Rishita is treated now. Though for different reasons 😂
