Krk was talking about his charity and him evading taxes with the help of the charity. Krk is an illiterate and he is not smart enough to make videos that will avoid any legal trouble.

Zee is now making excuses to not pay the remaining as the movie bombed badly due to piracy. Thats why Salman is pissed off with pirates and anyone speaking bad about the movie.

It wasn't just a bad review. I saw his last couple of videos just now and he is attacking him for a lot of other things. For instance, Salman and the Radhe team did some PR about how they will use Radhe profits to give to charity. So KRK has been hammering him for that and asking if they gave that money or not and calling him a liar and fraud.

Salman has nothing to lose. If he does nothing, KRK will keep making nasty videos. And if he files a case, maybe the court will put an injunction or something while the case is ongoing that he can't put up anything about Salman.

The BW case against the media has had good results because there's a court order preventing Republic and Times Now from slandering BW while the case is ongoing. All the hate has magically disappeared from TV for now. Bhai must have seen that and decided to go for it.
