Today omi kaka's dialogue and sonali-karishma's dialogues hinted that kaku will soften towards Sai... I think kaku will stop Sai from leaving the house I guess....

@bold pakhi ko alag se tension start hojayega... first Virat and then kaku.... she has to do so much hard work ......bechari ko kitna kaam karna padega...

Yes. This theory could very well be true. Because it still doesn’t make sense as to why Kaku tortured her own child and kept her mentally unstable all this while.

I think as long as Pakhi's truth regarding Virat doesn't come out, she will always be Kaku's favorite. She'll warm up to Sai, but might still prefer Pakhi over her.

Maybe because Pakhi is her choice, the shahanukuli Maratha mulgi(don't know the exact spelling) and also because, she can feel Pakhi's loneliness in Samrat's absence.

I don't know what happened in the other versions, this is my opinion :)
