Not just Twitter Siya, har jagah yahi discussion horaha hai. There are some rules set by Govt, which were changed this Feb I guess and there's a 15 days limit or something. Not sure what exactly is happening but this is what I heard

Sorry for the wrong info. Apparently it does effect the OTT platforms as well but they have been given some additional time.
