She wants to have an EMA with Virat. That's the main purpose why agreed to marry Samrat. But unfortunately, for her, Virat hasn't given up on his samskar.

Yeah I guess she did want him to feel the pain she is going through - she told him that in their big confrontation. And she does seem to still want to spend time with him. Spend time and do what Idk. Maybe she thinks she can still draw him away from Sai. It's screwed up. She is screwed up. It must be good, 'cos we are all still watching. 😂

Yup. She definitely needs some other interests in life. This is really unhealthy and won't help in any way. But she seems in self-destruction mode.

I also believe that what Pakhi wants is Virat to feel and the acknowledge the heartbreak (tanhaayi) as she feels. Maybe thats why she was okay with Sai at first as long as she hadn't seen Sai and Virat acting like a couple. It was when Sai and later Virat too started getting closer and couple-y she got worse.

I am not saying this is right but I think, and if writers put some thought and effort into actually showing it, it could have been an interesting story to watch. Whether or not we think ViraKhi's love was real, the characters believed that they were. And tbf, Virat did move on rather quickly. And add to that Samrat is missing and Pakhi didn't even get the chance to move on with her life, it would have easily made for a sympathetic character...but alas indian show writers aren't capable of writing two female characters at once. If one is good, another one has to be a total b****.

@bold- exactly. He did make her a promise, idiotic though it may be. And he did break the promise with supersonic speed. But he didn't acknowledge her feelings when he broke it. He didn't say, hey Pakhi, I'm sorry I did this. He just said I love Sai and she's my wife and that's not wrong.

This show has a lot of potential, but as you rightly stated they write one-note characters that makes it tremendously boring after a point. Pakhi is a really interesting character. She's just being reduced to a beizzati caricature now.

She definitely wants 1. Else why would she come in to check SaiRat on their wedding night both in Gadchiroli and Chavan Nivas too. She doesn't want physical proximity between SaiRat because she is desperately looking for it with Virat. If it's only emotional closeness all that she wants she would neither keep reminding him of the vaada nor have a problem with that lipstick mark on his kurta after his wedding.

She doesn't give a damn about what Chavans or neighbors or others think. Remember how she reacted when her parents gave her honeymoon tickets as a wedding gift. Also despite Ashwini's repeated reminders she hasn't changed even a bit. Even Karishma who is much younger to her keeps indirectly pointing towards her behavior but she doesn't care. She was exposed infront of the neighbors by Sai. Still she has no shame and continues to be the same or even more worse than before.

1. Seeing this reason, if she wants a full fledged relationship with Virat, just not the eternal 'love is the most beautiful feeling'in the world. She might be expecting for it somewhere or the other. I'd not say she aims for this, but at some point, it may play a part seeing this behaviour. As in , she had asked that what lacks in her, it was an insecurity, yes, but yesterday she saw Virat's proximity with Sai, which was purely shown as a physical aspect of intimacy to her, so, with this behaviour, she might develop it soon. A false belief might get cropped that physical proximity may get what she wants, which probably even she doesn't know.

But I don't think she cares of the susheel bahu status, it's not the title she cares, it's the support of that family which she craves. So, she becomes flexible according to how the family wants her to see, so that she gets the support and is projected that she is a good bahu that the family loves , she is flexible, she might want to prove that she is eligible in every terms to Virat. She wants to prove that compared to Sai, who is your wife, who cannot adjust, but she ,Pakhi, can adjust and be the best. She is better than Sai.

2. Emotional closeness, hmmm, it's common I guess. As in, see, Pakhi only sees everything or anything, based on Virat's aspects. She individually is not completely involved into anything or with anyone. She only sees Virat, so she only desires that familiar emotion of apnapan, love, care ,only from Virat. She needs emotional attention more than emotional closeness. Only his attention in terms of emotions matter to her.

3. Here is what I feel, it's not Sai. It's Virat here mattering to her.

So here is her aim according to me.

It's not Sai to be precise. If Sai and Virat would have been in deal terms, she would be all well. Okay, let them be. But, the deal is turning dil ka relation, which she can't bear. She wants to be the only one in Virat's life, the only love which he ever had. She wants that place by hook or by crook. Whether it is by getting Sai out of his life, or by whether entering into his life. She just needs that place which Virat had promised her. And in this aim, she is turning delusional, selfish and what not.

According to her, for Virat, his family matters the most. Because he rejected her for his family, so she wants to showcase that she is what the family wants, not someone like Sai. She couldn't accept it that he could go against his family, that too for a deal wife. That's why she's the first one to predict that this deal one will turn into dil one soon.

But I'd like to add one more point here. Though she wants Virat, if there is any possibility that she can't get him, like him acknowledging her love, care and blah blah blah, then she wants him to face the same fate that she faced i.e., he should be alone like her, he should feel the helplessness of not being with his loved one etc.

I don't know why Virat is blamed for what she is, for me, she is responsible for her own actions. Like you said, she joined with Kaku because 1) She wants to prove that she is the chaheethi bahu of his family so he can see that she cares/respects his family members and 2) to get the support so she can do her manmaani(with Sai and Virat)
