Are you WFH or has your company closed for the lockdown? I can understand the boredom, we're only now coming out of lockdown 15 months later 🤔 still, being able to stay at home and safe is a privilege in itself. If the worst thing that happens to us is a little boredom, we should be grateful.

I saw your message - about the Twitter thing? It's a nice idea but tbh I can barely keep up with this place let alone adding a second group chat to follow😆😒 plus I'm staying away from Twitter atm anyway. You guys go ahead and set up a group though...don't wait on/worry about me joining!

Work is fine, still a bit busy but slowing down soon-ish I hope. I haven't been watching any ITV - at the moment I'm just working through my Disney+ watchlist 😆 or YouTube. Haven't kept up with KTLS in ages, and there seems to be nothing else exciting about. Did see the news about Sharu's rumoured new show...maybe this is the one he was talking about in that live Huma mentioned. It seems to give the rumour credence, though historical shows aren't really my thing.

I miss my Sharbabies 😭 this is why we need CB - him being on a break so long is what's causing this drought 😒

Currently I'm on WFH but my workload has decreased significantly so I'm always free.

Nice about KTLS/Sumod - feels like Sushila should have figured it out long ago 😆 but I appreciate them not rushing her into love and allowing the other aspects of her character to develop more. I wasn't a massive fan of Agni when I last watched so we'll see how I feel about him and Garima.

Re: SharBhi, I still think there was *something* in their sly smiles during the BP promotions. Whether that's changed since lockdown, or things fell through, or if we were reading too much into things, who knows. I hope some day down the line we get what we're desperately wishing for.

I feel ya on the tiredness of WFH...it's not like we're WFH because we *want to*, it's a necessity which adds a mental burden along with everything else going on in the world. So it's a completely different situation to people WFH in a "normal" situation out of their own volition. Take it easy on yourself -- sometimes just getting through a day is an achievement ❤️

Re re sharbhi: I defo had a feeling that something was cooking...that had them also excited!! But ab i don't think so mainly because covid has put a funk on all of the stuff and plans even solid ones fall apart when there's too much gap yk..

Tbh.. I don't think anyone prefers WFH apart from few people and those who have certain obligations and therefore need to do wfh. There's just no schedule and no balance in work and personal life. Take my example...during my job jours I'm free a lot like reallyy lot...so if I'm urgently told to do something late at night (hasn't happened yet🤞) I will do it because yk...guilt. I'm kind of stupid like that soo😪

😲 Wow, this government really is something 😊 VPNs are definitely the best bet. I don't know anyone (apart from you now, I guess) on the homegrown version of Twitter. I wonder what celebs will do if their IG profiles all suddenly get blocked.

Well I've downloaded vpn but if they put a ban like tik tok where the app was asked to delete/suspend indian users then toh 🙂🙂🙂

Also..downloaded koo..sound like poo...and it is 💩

It's just so frustrating man. And then we've got no updates as well not from the govt..not from these companies.😪 So now half the populace is saying that nothing is gonna happen sonce these companies have a huge market in India they'll comply....but then if they had to comply they had 3 months to do so and even tik tok had a huge market in India.

Twitter is still one app, fb owns like 4 them which every 2nd person uses...Fb, messenger, instagram, whatsapp and giphy...all of these will go as well.

It's a shit show waiting to happen. Although I'm being positive and thinkinv that it probably won't happen.

We have a social media ban here since Feb too and the VPN works fine. So if you use a VPN, I guess you could remain on sm too.. if the news is true.

We were worried because if they'd put a ban like tik tok where they'd asked the company to delete the accts..then VPN wouldn't have worked.

So since the morning the news of the ban had been floating around so much so that companies had begun posting thank you and farewell notes on twitter...uberfacts😵 so everyone believed it to be true.

Also, the filtering and censorship issue...the new guidelines aren't mainly focused on that..well they indirectly are. The new guidelines basically want a proper grievance cell set up with a complaince officer in every co. Where the officer will make sure that the govt policies are being followed.

Point being, govt basically wants a system where they can verify and check through on what basis are these apps deleting, handling and most importantly filtering data...twitter ka manipulated media" wala case yaad hai. That!!

Now the new it act didn't really specify ki hoga kya if these apps don't follow through the rules. Only said ki they'll lose their status as intermediaries...so everyone basically jumped to the worst conclusion ever😔
