Waise... This is where Kekta can take some credit... She usually builds that phase of falling in love quite organically.. It drags.. But it has transition of friendship atleast in college romance... Or any other stage... It hardly goes from hate to love... Leads start talking normally to each other at some point which is tagged as friendship... ShaKhi never had that phase... By the time ShaKhi started conversing without taunting.... Reema told Anokhi that Shaurya likes her... And they were already in love😆

I have watched very few shows of Ekta kapoor, but agreed ki Jitna dekha hai most of the times she does present her story in an engaging way up to a certain point, the buildup as you said is quite organic; bas uske baad she starts dragging the plot like chewing gum aur phir wahi illogical nonsense😆

I am still upset over their rushing of falling in love track, imagine them talking abt their likes, dislikes hobbies, interests, past and emotional baggage; getting to know eo gradually. This type of convos add so much depth to the bond; but they had to show ajeeb sa hostel mein falling in love in one night

With kanchan and Reema literally pushing them to fall in love
