Don't know about pakhi in the future, but current pakhi would have a full on inferiority complex if Sai was already a fully-qualified and practising doctor rather than in her medical student years. She would see how she's just chavan khandaan's favourite chai vendor, whilst sai is the one working and making a name for herself.

She thinks she is more educated than Sai but Sai is definitely going to surpass her then what will she say ? What will be her worth then. She needs to think about her instead of wasting her time on Virat.
