I was initially thinking that we can have a dedication vm in the end but Ince we're doing contests now, do you want to enter in the vm contest and then followed the guidelines in that?

we should also decide on the size of the creations submitted because way too large will make a page too heavy to load properly as well

I agree on the creation. It needs to meet a certain size. The organiser needs to specify the size and other rules.

for all the contest thread and the anniversary thread, we should use a same banner thing to maintain uniformity over the celebrations.

check out the prior anniversary celebrations prep. we should think about reusing the guidelines.

If you want a specific theme for page breaks/clip art please send me a link.

Think about titles for contests. Remember we have 70 character limit for titles including spaces.

For example:

OS contest to celebrate 10 years of IPKKND - XXXXXXX

The last part will keep changing with "Open for entries", "Last two days to go" , "Entries closed" etc.

We can have one main thread which will be a sticky post to capture all events and to capture all links.
