things have to turn out differently because otherwise nothing makes sense on this show. They have been ranting from the episode Sonu apni maa jaisi nahin hai, Sonu koi galti nahin kar sakti blah blah blah. Dadi even repeated that dialogue this week
If the marriage takes place and the drama is only on ishqi side then this is the biggest phuski setup I have ever seen.

I agree with this especially Sonu running away. They have been saying this since the first episode, like the guy in the meeting told Ahaan that his sister will run away like his mom. So it would be inconsistent storywise to show Sonu being happily getting married to the love of her life. Also, whole Mayank being villain also doesn't make sense. Ishqi could have walked out of wedding only because she has feelings for Ahaan even if Mayank was a good guy.

I am okay with no Ishqaan wedding for now (only because I don't like forced marriages), but storywise it would be weird to show happy Sonu-Raj wedding and no Ishqaan wedding after all build up.

I've noticed this too.. Even Shagun calls Rajat "cheapde" in their comments just like Sonu calls Kartik in the show😆

Haina? I thought the same. They are promoting it way too much. Three of them are putting a lot of efforts. I hope Padam was there on Insta and Ishki and Ahaan were promoting the same way like #soraj🤔 that would've made a huge impact becs Param then must be having huge online fan following.
