That's false. Bio bubble doesn't mean they have to shoot in one place, they have to be together that's it. And when it was shot, Goa was totally Open, there were tourists, even I saw an YouTubers blog which was dated some 1 day before they shot the sequence. For shooting purpose they need to vacate the premises and for this they've to take the permission from the tourism department so I don't think so tourism department would have given if bio bubble was broken.

Moreover Ghum was literally in a bio bubble, you see kaand of other ph's shows and cast. Ghum moved because of lockdown not because of breaching the bio bubble
