I had actually thought about this mission sequence location, when they talked about the entire unit being in bio-bubble.

Now if we want a reason for Sai to stay back, this one can be the prefect excuse. Virat to Sai- College ke liye bio-bubble se bahar jaana padega. And thats not allowed under current circumstances, so you need to stay back in CN. To ab maan jao na

Goa is actually seeing huge surge these days. They had both legal and moral responsibility to follow the CoVid guidelines at this time.

I hope the production house is fined so that this other PHs don't follow this suit

Maybe these people moved out pehle. Then the Goa lockdown maybe.

I don't think that the news is correct.

Goa was not on a lockdown, so they can move freely anywhere they want and shoot anywhere they want. The bio bubble is for their safety. I doubt there is any official guidelines specifying they have to maintain a bio bubble.

this news isn't true

before shooting in public places especially like the fort they need permission for it.... you cannot shoot without permission!

they had taken permission for sure because they also added extra cast for the sequence.....

goa was not in lockdown and yes they were in a bio bubble even at that time no one from outside was allowed.. only cast and crew
