As much as i appreciate virat speaking up, I feel sai and ashwini always does a far better job at it than him. He was subdued , toned down and beating around the bush. Nevertheless , it's a good effort. But the whole episode was dedicated to it, wo thoda zyada tha..ashwini and sai are more direct with pakhi and ask her the right questions .
My only grudge is that virat is unable to see that his family hate sai so much that they don't leave a Chance to humiliate her and virat cannot stop it...period . So he just imposes sai on everyone bec now he has feelings for her.. just as he will impose devi and pulkit on everyone to make sai happy . He should think about moving out. Or do something concrete to stop this nonsense drama everyday
The toned down Virat is understandable. He has lived 30 long years being diplomatic and obedient, he was never going to be completely assertive in a day. But still this was a huge jump in his character. He asked the right questions and declared his intentions in protecting his wife. Hope his character growth doesn't reverse.
Makers should show Virat moving out eventually. Chavans are buying redemption. But CVs will not move away from 'hum saath saath hain' formula.
