Yeah true...I get it...all I think is jobs should be given on merit. Even India suffers from the SC/ST quota. Thats why I chose a private school and college even though I was a very good student.

And for the States...obviously it is a more white dominated country, like UK, Australia, New Zealand etc, then its blacks, asians etc. If anything, shouldn't there be a specialised reserved jobs for Native Americans, whose land was taken by Europeans?! 😳
