Why sai don't apply 4 annulment of marriage

When sai is sure virat is not get husband nor his family or house is her own ,virat carry toxic behaviour , why she don't apply for annulment of this marriage & free herself from shame of marriage,law will help her .

She took so called stand for Shivani , Mohit & devi , why she is not favouring or helping herself ? It don't make her bad she don't want to stay with this family & virat can't be trusted kindly leave .

Don't underestimate sai ,Kab deal husband ho jaye u can't even guess coz she treats virat acc 2 her mood , abhi currently virat had apologize so she is in my husband mode .

Frooty , sometimes I just want to go inside the screen and drag her from that house and physically knock the not so common " Common Sense" in her.😤

Because she is just mad at him for now but deep down she makes it clear to everyone that he is her husband and she is his wife. Doesn't matter if she wants to be in the house or with him but she considers herself his wife.

See as it is the makers of the show don't know words such as divorce or annulment. They just made her say Shaadi is over from her said and she stood by it till the time she heard he was shot. She readily went for him because she is concerned, she cares for him deeply though it might not be romantic at this point. They have shared some good moments and the inherent goodness in her/ aabas upbringing compelled her to return back to him. See even in the hospital she wasn't sure of going back, today at the doorstep too she got fbs and was visibly sad. She might have forgiven him because ultimately he's a good person at heart but hasn't forgotten her ordeal. There's nothing wrong with her giving him a second chance. He committed a mistake but is apologetic. He deserves a second chance and she's gracefully giving it to him. Also she keeps repeating Virat is her husband. She deep down believes that but just his abuse/ throwing out drama made her take the decision of calling off the marriage and rightly so. Now if he's with his heart making amends it's okay to give a second chance. But yes he should stand up to the family.

See with Shivani bua Amay was a fraud. You can't really compare the situation of theirs with Virat and Sai because that doesn't exist. The fam is toxic and hence she is telling them she would leave once Virat is fine. Virat truly wants a second chance, she's being the bigger person by extending it. He should prove himself worthy of her this time.

Hahahha no I disagree I don't think it's her mood lol that makes her behave differently but Virats actions presently. When he did the whole throwing out drama marriage seemed severed. Once in hospital, they both are claiming the haq on each other. Just like how Virat didnt think about her being his wife while severing ties with her during ousting Sai also refused to acknowledge him as her husband during GC aplogy track. Its mostly their actions that bring in this ambiguity. Also, Virat is aware of his feelings now. Sai hasn't yet got enough reasons to belive deal marriage is off. So it will take time

See tbh this Pati-Patni they both keep talking about sounds ambiguous until and unless the deal part is called off.
