Did Sai take him literally 😳

I wanted to ask this before but bhool gayi😆

In the hospital episode, when Virat tells Sai that he's feeling good since someone came inside, Sai innocently (read stupidly🤣) asks kaun. Just then the nurse comes inside. And Virat annoyed with Sai's naivety, says "her". Since that time, she is annoyed with that nurse. Sponge bath dene wahi nurse aayi thi and Sai ne bhaga diya🤣

Nurse ke naam pe kuchh bhi karne ko taiyaar ho jati hai😆

So did she take him literally at that time🤔🤣
