So the idea of cancelling Eid get togethers and weddings are off the table.....I don't get it. Muslims in the US spent last Eid and now this Eid alone/with family and even Ramadan and Jummahs at home. What makes Indian Muslims special that they can't do that?

They did last year. They will spend this Eid too but a push is needed. Every religion has been celebrating their festivals/weddings with no care.

Now when the cases are already spiking,they just need to stop new cases that might be coming in.

weddings and all are allowed with less number of guests. There is no complete lockdown..many services are allowed even govt office can function with 33% strength

Yes. With 100 guests only, otherwise the guest list would have been easily 800+

Dude, I woke up at 4:30am randomly...checked IG/IF and saw the KV traveling and Telangana lockdown news.........went back to sleep. Every day there's a new hindrance for the show. But everyone saw this lockdown coming, so I'm hoping the entertainment industry was prepped there. Otherwise so many shows wouldn't have gotten permission to shift there.

At this point, always prepping for the worth and hoping for the best.
