Aastha was already in the same town and Anokhi was already living with her. I just don't think the leads are as good looking either.

That is one of my favorite moments of SAAKK. His inner vulnerability was completely exposed on his face. N it brought tears to my eyes then n even now when I remember it.

Before that, I was so mad at him for treating Anokhi so unfairly. That girl had to go through so much to get to SIAC. N I hated him for the way he treated her.

Also Till that scene I was also angry at him for the way he spoke about his mother.

But that scene changed everything. That’s when I realized no matter what the reason, Aastha’s decision was not completely correct. She should have taken a stand for her child, along with her parents. As for Shaan, he is even more worse. He couldn’t be there for his son, despite being there with him. Both of them are responsible for the bitterness and pain he holds inside n masks with anger n indifference.

When I saw the raw pain in his eyes, all I wanted was for him to find all the love he deserved. I wanted him get the belonging he craved for. I wanted him to find that security, love n sense of belonging with Anokhi.

Both of them had a broken family n a broken childhood. Both of them still hold the scars of their childhood. Both of them have their own insecurities. I think what attracted them to each other is that they found their home in each other.
Both were given pain by the people who should have nurtured them. Nikki fought her way out of that hurt it and Shaurya chose to mask it. But pain is pain, hurt is hurt. You can’t push it away, you can’t mask it. You need to allow it to heal. They both need to learn to trust each other, allow themselves to heal each other.

Just hope the writers get back to the original story of their journey together and also individually.

This is exactly why I don’t watch any of the current lot of Malayalam or Tamil series. They have too much family drama, ott makeup n no progress whatsoever.

They are running it in Marathi too. I could not take it. Actors are not good except an Actress who is playing Astha’s role in Marathi. Over all it is total the version of sass bahu drama type.

Oh okay!

I guess they are making it in every language and changing the stories or tweaking it according to audience preferences.
This is such a refreshing story, dunno why people want to see repeat rinse of saas bahu dramas only 🙄


I guess one of the USP’s of our show apart from the leads are that, we have a wonderful cast. All the main players are brilliant actors.

They make you believe in the story they want to tell. N that makes it so much more enjoyable to watch. I am glad I never watched any other versions of this one. 😊
