All signs point to them moving locations, packing up and leaving Goa, and wherever they end up, they're going to start shooting as soon as they land.

Some one from shooting crew confirm. We do not know about location, so if crew member saying means shooting sure is going on

Permission to shot in Goa was cancelled so another locations is possible. I doubt that they can shoot in Goa. It will be illegal and hotel will definitely not allow it. So I guess we will find out about location once shooting start
