There’s one fact that all successful forum Moderators will immediately agree upon! Forums require moderation. The success of a forum relies on the quality of content contributed by the participating members and a Mod's member retention capability. A friendly relationship is essential to ensure the long term health and growth of online forums. This lesson I learned from my chief moderators Meenakshi, BilliCat, Koeli ,Shreya and all the Viewbies with whom I am closely associated, with whom I've worked, who patiently taught me the subtle nuances of moderation. Thankful to them for the help they've extended.
