One question I have is - when is it going to be enough? Like at what point will Pakhi actually accept that Virat is not coming back to her - he was never hers to begin with - but when will she at least accept that ab kuch nahi ho sakta?

Sai told her, Aai told her and now she’s heard it from the horse’s mouth so many times. And we’ve seen that her thick skull fails to comprehend it. What can Virat actually do to make her see sense? Bol diya, actions se show kar diya. But she cannot see it. So then when will she see it? When Samrat comes back? Or not even then? What happens in the original?

I think this psychotic obsession continues till the pre climax of series. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Already given solution for this - (1) Virat should consistently call Pakhi as vahini (no more dost reference) & (2) treat her exactly the same as Karishma, and (3) not allow Pakhi to say anything about Sai in his presence nor himself ever discuss Sai with her.

It was a lovely episode and an emotional reunion. Virat didn't waste a second to show Paapi her correct place and he pointed out that he wants Sayi to be with him. He was upset with her for not informing the doctor that she's not his wife but it is Sai. He said noone should forget that Sai is his wife and specially she should always remember about it. And, finally he asked her to leave since he had Sai to look after him. I loved their silly banter. It was so cute. It was good to see them talk out everything and was glad that Sai too started to open up with him. And, maybe Sai's insecurity might get a little less and she might lower down her walls. But, after watching the precap I'm scared. Will Sai leave Virat once again after he's alright or will he able to convince her to stay back? Please can someone enlighten me on this?

Today Virat has drawn a clear line, has shown that he WANTS Sai around as WIFE. Sai made him spell it out to pp and virat did not hesitate. He has watched her exert her haq on him as wife also with happiness. And what he said to pp about remembering Sai is his wife and picking Sai over her to be by his side in a vulnerable time is just the beginning- the first step. Right now the mood is such that Sai is too worried about his health. Plus both of them just want to bury the hatchet and are exhausted. But Sai's insecurity has not gone away magically. It will need repeated reminders like this to pp n bk gang by virat that will cement their relationship and Sai's belief that this isnt just a deal marriage and that he has moved on from his past infatuation and is genuinely comnitted to their marriage and will help her lower her walls too. Today Virats actions led to Sai also opening up in return.

Yes, there was one scene which I really loved. When Virat teases her Sai gets up and says she's going and immediately Virat held her hand and asked her not to leave him ever again. This was so beautiful.
