I think Sayi has forgiven Virat and she has come because she's genuinely concerned and not for sympathy. Because if she had come due to sympathy then Virat would have asked her to leave and this would trigger for another seperation. And, he would have had to put up with Paapi without any choice. And, besides we know that Sayi takes care of him at the hospital.
