She has crazy set of friends and family around her who keep telling her sahi ja rahi ho life mein basically she has idiots around her. Wish someone can grab her and tell her she needs HELP

Yeah her enablers are responsible for making it worse. At this stage it would be impossible to talk her out of it. A tranquilizing dart, some rope, a good psychiatrist and some tough love might make a difference, necessarily in that order.
