Unfortunately for the others, in current circumstances the two most popular contestants will always garner the most attention no matter what the medium/platform of the content. I'm subconsciously guilty of the same, when I watched the video I obviously cared more about Arunita's own performance over SMP, which I know is unfair but it's hard to objectively be fair to all contestants as a viewer; especially when we follow certain ones more closely than others.
The Arudeep stuff though, I actually am starting to blame not only the channel and the audience but the two contestants as well. Either A.) They're friends and purposefully feeding into it further, knowing full well that they're always under the microscope and the littlest things can be misconstrued. Or B.) there is some truth to things and they don't really care to be more careful in public. Regardless of the reason, it's coming to a point where they're bringing the attention unto themselves and if they really didn't care for this type of attention then they'd have been more self-aware. I agree its annoying to have the comments section flooded with this topic in every video, but unfortunately we can't force the contestants to modify their behavior around eachother and also can't force the audience to stop commenting on it. All this has been amplified by the fact that they're by far the 2 most popular contestants; if it had been a combination of anyone else then I think the audience attention on the matter would've died long ago. Mostly, I'm starting to feel bad for the rest of the contestants because the 'showmance' is a hotter topic than majority of the others performances. The thumbnail that Danish used for this video is as clickbaity as it can get, so now it's getting to a point where even others are trying to capitalize on a situation for their own interests and relevancy

Why do I feel that Danish has by now figured out that he should prioritize what he can get out of this competition, and one of them is to promote his channel! He seems to to be lost. Winning the trophy seems too far for him!
