Ok, so who are the people who are only blaming Raghav? I mean I don't see anyone just blaming Raghav. I have seen people blaming Pallavi too.
Both of them may not be par with the way they executed their actions, but both are at par with the level of stupidity they display when it comes to family and the waste of space Deshmukhs, cause frankly, they aren't family from any angle you view it.
If you compare Pallavi and Raghav's situations and reactions to them, both are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. One solves problems via activity; the other solve problems via passivity. Where one thinks being confrontational is a form of self-preservation, the other think of silence as self-preservation. Pallavi is all about submission and devotion, and Raghav is about conflict and revolution. Both are delusional. Pallavi is delusional about what family is and does. Raghav is delusional about what money and ego is and does. Both have a long way to go as far as growth is concerned frankly.
But there are differences as well. Firstly, the difference in family and relations. Raghav is the son and brother. He is related by blood. Pallavi is not bound by blood, she is bound by a relation of daughter-in-law. Raghav is the insider, who has become an outsider, because of his need for self-preservation. Pallavi is an outsider who aspires to be the insider, and it's her self-preservation that got her there. But then the families are different.
Rao family is a bunch of headstrong yet open-minded individuals who have their hearts in the right place, even if they are selfish at times for each other's good. Deshmukhs are a bunch of lousy narrowminded creeps who mask their intentions via their supposed "sharafat". No one loves each other, they are just tolerating each other.
Coming to RaghVi and what has ensued between them. Pallavi ke dimaag me kabhi ye nahi aaya hai ki usko harm karne ke liye, Sulochana will target Keerti. Baat ghar ki thi, in Pallavi's mind, and baat usko leke thi. So, when it comes to her and Deshmukhs, her self-respect has taken a back seat for ghar ki sukh shanti. Cause, somewhere ek default ye bhi hai ki woh DIL hai, aur usko ye baat ka khyaal rakhna padega.
What Raghav did to Amrita was absolutely right. Raghav and Pallavi were being maligned unnecessarily, but that led to Mansi's marriage breaking. That time her instinct was to keep Raghav quiet to fix things for Manasi so that the alliance does not break. All this happened when Pallavi was thinking as the daughter and daughter-in-law.
Raghav knows very well that all Pallavi does is talk. The amount of brain he used to tackle the abortion drama, all that brain went for a toss when it came to family. The CVs have tried to sanitize and humanize Raghav, but I really don't care. Just like Pallavi and her self-respect took a backseat for that horrid family, Raghav and his humanity took a backseat for his family. But the cruelty by Raghav was off the charts.
Raghav verbally disrobed her and Deshmukh's did the rest. But it was all initiated by Raghav. That even Raghav cannot change. Deshmukh's don't deserve to be called a family. But, I don't expect anything of them. I know they are wretched retards. But Raghav was always above all this narrow-minded, leech behavior. He was always about maintaining boundaries and give people a fair chance. Why doesn't Pallavi deserve a fair chance?
Both Pallavi and Raghav are wrong in their actions surely. They assume and don't introspect. But Pallavi's hate has more leverage than Raghav's because Pallavi has been accused of things she never did, and Raghav did all the things he is accused of. Pallavi has been putting up a lot since childhood. She was an orphan married to become a widow. Raghav has got a lot more in his childhood than Pallavi ever got. Yes, some years in between have messed up his worldview. He acts out of bias indeed, but why is that bias only about targetting Pallavi. What happened to Anjali? Or that mystery woman? Are they suffering as much he has made Pallavi suffer for things she did not do? Pallavi, on the other hand, needs to learn, that a positive attitude in the face of adversity is all good, but that does not mean that should put you in a position to be a doormat and not call a spade a spade. She needs to get her act together and call out the Deshmukhs on their hypocrisy and double standards.
