I guess they have taken it from here. They are not bullet proof but resistant. Bullet proof jackets do not give one a guarantee of not getting hurt.

May be we can give a tiny winy bit of leeway over there as well..

Because bullet proof jacket don't make you a superhero.

You can still get shot depending on the caliber and the angle of the shot, I guess.
