So sorry to hear that minty. Condolences to you and your family. I'm sure she sends you her best from wherever she is. It's nice that she lived that long. You must have many wonderful memories of her to cherish

Well...I don't think losing a loved one is ever easy, and it's not at all easy to accept it either. Someone whom you loved once who had flesh and blood is now just a memory. I can understand it's really tough to come to terms with this reality.

All I can say is take care, and try to be strong if you can (no pressure).

My two uncles passed away in last two days. It was not because of Covid either and that is more scary. They were not too old, reason of death is still not clear. I was never close to them so it doesn't bother me much, but my dad has lost his two siblings in an instant, and I'm really worried for him because he's a heart patient.

He also got tested positive for covid so we can't even go near him to give a hug in these tough times. He can't go to their funeral either. I'm really feeling scared and miserable at the moment.

the silver lining is.. she lived a fulfilling long life and in a way her life is a celebration. We all have to go one day ... what better way to go than this !
