Hiya people!

So, today’s episode had HILARIOUS written all over it!

First up, loved Zain’s plea...”Andar jaakar baat karen...yahan saare mohalley wale dekh rahein hai” 😀

The poor guy was in deep shit and he knew it from get go!

Uske baad, nanand-bhabhi ki one up(wo)manship...neither willing to let go...until Zoya herself intervened...”Main mazrat karna chahti hoon aap sab se”! 😆

Next up...loved Zain and Zoya’s conversation in their room...am I the only one who got Zaroon and Kashaf’s “shaadi ke kuch rules set kar dene chahiye” vibe today...when Zoya told Zain...the “no jhooth no awaaz uthana” thingy...

Couldn’t help but think, is this a role reversal of sorts...and is the “contract” a metaphor for “shaadi ke rules” between this new-age couple...

Food for thought, maybe?

LOVED, absolutely LOVED the Pizza exchange between Zain and his mother. Zain trying desperately, albeit in vain, to shield his embarrassment, while his Mom insistent on calling a spade a spade! The “ainwayi” touch towards the end had me in splits! Very nicely done, that! 👍

Danyal was effortless in that scene!👏

Once again, brilliant touch to close the loop...as Shahid phupha asks most earnestly “Pizza kahan hai”...with Zain’s “satta vatta” repartee...as he himself utters in sheer despair...”Pizza kahan hai”??!!

Some fine writing on display...I was laughing from ear to ear! :)

So, Zoya reminisces about Zain’s achhaiyaan as the pizza keeps her busy...

It’s not like she hasn’t realised any of this subconsciously...today was the first time, she was actively thinking about it...

Alizeh was spot on...in bringing out those expressions!👏

Chalein, the needle finally moving from the Tanaa of Friendship towards the Banaa of Love...from Zoya to Zain...

Hope Zain is also able to realise the other shades of his love for Zoya...friendship, companionship, etc. through this beautiful tale of love and thereafter...

On that hopeful note...

P.S.: Just realised we hit the half way mark today...only around 15 more episodes left! Sigh!😢

This drama is losing it's charm for me. Zain and zoya both are immature. They need to talk politely and calmly with each other and try to solve the issues.

Zoya needs to understand zain. I guess with time she will start loving zain.

So, the next phase of the journey begins...both literally and figuratively...

What a heart-warming start to the episode today...LOVED Dadi’s pearls of wisdom...totally LOVED the entire heart-to-heart that ensued between Dadi and Pota. The beauty of the entire exchange...such deep messages...but not for a moment, came across as preachy...

Adored Zain’s genuineness that shone through in his comment on aana vis-a-vis Zoya....his unconditional love for Zoya has been the driving force...this marriage wouldn’t have lasted thus far, otherwise...

Danyal was on top of his game in this entire scene...from voice modulation...to his expressions...top notch, really!👏

Zain’s father was wonderful too, today...his voice of reason...intelligently juxtaposed...against Fauzia’s emotional overdrive...

Thereafter, LOVED, absolutely LOVED, how the makers gave us a glimpse into Zoya’s sensitive side...the beauty of it...so subtly done!

Was only apparent if one cared to see...the genuineness in Zoya’s apology...she meant every word she uttered!👏

This momentum was beautifully followed through in the garden sequence between Dadi and Zoya...

A very important message conveyed...if inherent goodness is present, all that is required is some perspective...

And, perspective is all that Zoya needed...which Dadi provided her....

Had Zoya been either egoistic or selfish, she would have distorted Dadi’s well-meaning advice as Zain’s complaint about her to his family...

But she cared to listen...and, the result was there, for all to see!👍

LOVED the final touch to the scene...Zain’s expression said it all...the overthinking Zain thought something was fishy...why else would Zoya change her mind in a jiffy?!🤔

Old habits truly die hard, as they say!😆

The episode closed on a GORGEOUS note...least expected interpretation of Zain and Zoya’s Tanaa Banaa...as Zoya headed to cook, although as a barter...it was apparent...the new phase of Zain and Zoya’s journey has definitely begun...

Can’t wait for Act II of this incredible joyride!!❤️🤗🥳

HUM hasn't had good viewership in 7-8 slot in almost 1+ year

I like Dadi too because she reasons with Zoya and explains. I think there is a change coming in Zoya. She is doing kitchen work (although she is making him do her homework), I think eventually she'll start doing it because she likes it.
