I don't think they'll do a sonography. I just think they'll do a blood test and Meenakshi will ask for the results of the blood test. Or maybe Vaijayanthi will be in a hospital for some other reason and doctor will ask her to do a blood test as per the orders of Meenakshi.

Basically I feel Param and Kalyani have cooked up a story here of Kalyani being his wife from South India and he's coming back home to introduce her to his family and she's 6 mons pregnant, etc. I feel Kalyani is mu'ed Param for being some small level chor and has recruited him to work with her and he's also going along with it, pretending to be stupid and abrasive and unpad, maybe pretending to have a crush on Kalyani. But in reality I feel Param is doing this to find the location of the drugs that Kalyani had hidden. He's the real drug lord.
