This family is not the same, and even though he wanted to stand up for Riddhima he didn't, she deserved every inch of the pain she was getting, his anger grew more when he realised that she was trying to get all the property.
He had made sure she was embroiled in another mystery and would waste time in that, and he would somehow transfer the property to himself. He felt hurt that he had given so many clues to her and she wasn't able to recognize him.
The dance was just a way being close to her and also to make her feel more guilty, the dinner date was something he wished he would have done earlier, but he knew his punishment was going to get worse from here.
The Christmas party he came to know that Anupriya had killed his mom, he had received Sia voicemail half of it was gibberish but he heard what she said about Anupriya being his mother's killer.
It was the love and respect he had for this women that he allowed her to be taken away with Kabir, but she had to stoop down, she tried to kill him but again but Riddhima saved him again.
He was scared no matter how much he hated her for betraying him, he cannot lose, she is the only one who can make him feel a myriad of emotions. But still his punishment was not over, she has to live to endure more pain.
