She wasn't arrested for being the reason. She'll have been charged as either being a conspirator, accomplice or accomplice after the fact. He was murdered in his home where she lives and had come to stay. Doubtful her boyfriend and his accomplices got in the house and stayed long enough to murder and dismember him without her help or knowledge.
