I honestly think he's had a good run because of his family name. Future projects should go to more deserving actors who can add greater value to those movies. Nothing against him, it's just that he's butchered a lot many movies for me.

He and Parineeti were praised in Pinky aur Sandeep movie...but honestly, its too late for both of them. Parineeti should have not taken a break and try to get roles like in Ishaqzaade and Ladies vs. Arjun should have tried to get in contact with GOOD directors and GOOD script, coz he was also praised for Aurangzeb (I think)

I don't think he can reinvent himself unless he somehow learns how to make himself unique. His competition is pretty tough. For any quality you may see in him and want to cast him for, there will be a better actor available who can perform better and do more justice to the role.
