With Bubble Busted, will old Anokhi be back?

The post once again brings up some inconsistency in characters "I" felt since last two weeks in Anokhi's character and that old Nikki was lost. Please consider ignoring the post if you don't believe the same! Thank You.

So, I could be considered one of those rare species who did not enjoy the phase of couple falling in love as much as I enjoyed the phase of them kicking off the love story and them being heartbroken post romantic phase in this unique show.

Right from the time Reema had nudged Anokhi, there was a spark missing in Anokhi that made her look like some different person altogether and I lost the connection. Again whatever I am saying is exactly exactly what Anokhi called it out loud today. She was being bewakoof... Not my words... But Anokhi's...

She forgot her aim, her reasons to run away from wedding everything behind this feeling! She forgot how practical and smart she used to be, and yet went on to do this bewakoofi... The only benefit I have is that today Anokhi admitted every single thing that I (and some other members) have been observing and pointing it out... She wanted Babli to scold her who kept warning her...

She isn't going to be someone who will continue being weak around PS... But show her stronger side...

I am proud of her as a character of Anokhi... I hope we get the old Anokhi back who would balance her feelings and remember her aim... Be reminded of the promise!

Again old Anokhi is her Anokhi's words - "Mein kya thi aur kya ban gayi hoon?"

Am I trying to say that just because she is topper, her falling in love is bewakoofi? I never felt / said her falling in love is bewakoofi or stupidity... My issue is her actions have been inconsistent with old Anokhi! But doesn't anyone who falls in love behaves that way... She is just 20 and she was behaving absolutely normal like girl her age who is in love! Yes (umm... With over chessy and filmy style)... But but but... Anokhi has never been like other people her age! Remember in the initial episodes when girls in the bus and she wasn't keen on singing and enjoying as she was busy planning for her debate and all. She clearly told Shaurya to understand that she was different from other people and so were her problems... Anokhi was supposed to be really Anokhi, hence some of us thought that when she falls in love she will maintain her uniqueness...

I do want her to enjoy her own life, live like a normal girl, and experience and experiment with things in life... But that's for herself and because she deserves it... Not because she is in love!

I felt disconnected when she could not concentrate on her studies because of PS - it was shown in the show! Inspite of knowing how Babli's in laws have tortured her, she didn't bother to find out if she was okay when the call got disconnected.. Her being late for college, her over thinking whether to go for Holi or not with fear of facing PS has been out of line with her character. Her not giving back to Shauyra like she did everytime he said something unreasonable or be it something like going out of way for him.

Tomorrow when she hears about the accident, she is going to run back to him for sake of her feelings... And I don't see that action as anything wrong! She Loves him and she must visit him! It's her right... But going forward, let love not cloud basic characteristics that make Anokhi really unique!

They are meant to be... But they have their own individual roles to play... I love ShaKhi, I love Anokhi and I love Shaurya... Each of them have their own core characteristics... Yes, each of them need development but derailing them in name of love is not something cool!

But.... I am going to celebrate this time...

Because yay!!! I see old Anokhi coming back... today's episode

And hope this samajdar nikki is back for longer and to stay!!!

It was not only the old Anokhi but also the old Shaurya that I was missing. I want the old Shaurya back minus his anger issues😊. And as per the precap they are concentrating on the main plot of the story. Only Shaurya can clear this MU now. Nobody else can do it because other than him no one knows if he has changed or not. I think Anokhi will not easily agree now.We all felt that her realization was too quick . She should take some time now. Shaan and Aastha are also back. In the precap Anokhi is already standing beside Aastha so we have some good episodes ahead.

Some changes are fine and can be termed as character growth .. But overnight mein seeing a different character is altogether confusing... 😆

Agreed....she was not being the practical one. The dolling up for Shaurya was fine. But since Shaurya visited her hostel, she started to be on cloud nine, behaving polar oppositely. Didn't even say Ahir is a good friend, why would she stay away from him if he does not give her negative vibes.

The previous Anokhi would give it back to him. He was neither his bf/husband/parent and even if he were he didn’t have any right to dictate whom will she meet/befriend.

There is one thing that I don't understand. Why does she never resisted the way he always pulls her towards him by her shoulder (since bday night probably, I didn’t get time to see the episodes after ragging). He even once lifted her in his arms to move her in front of the car. Nose-poking in personal life is one thing and invading decent physical space is another thing. He literally dragged her to the office to stop rustication, pinned her to wall the day before that. Even the previous Anokhi was okay with the push-pull thingy and all these manhandling.

Do these actions symbolize raw passion? How is it normal between a student and a professor? I think she herself crossed this line when he came to Babli's house to give the prospectus by telling "mujhe aap ki aakhon mein gussein ki saath dard bhi dikhta hai". Aisa aapne hostile professor ko kon bolta hai

The accident may/will make anokhi run to shaurya and most likely a confession. Her confession maybe give him courage to break it off. Honestly I wish all these came later and they went slow, letting her see onion peel like character of S. Loving someone and glossing over each other's mistakes shouldn't be done. She should have seen his prejudice for working women and he could have seen she may make him feel good but she may head towards a path like his mom, and if he can't forgive astha what about their future, and what he/they can do to prevent it. But nahi ye chalega 2000 circa drama. Bas tujhe yaad na meri ayi and mera pyar adhura reh gaya riffat bi baki hai in rain 🤣🤣

Shaurya was less changed in the journey... Atleast he had something called progression...

He went from being angry young man, to concern and confused soul to blushing happy guy... Unlike Anokhi who jumped to blushing girl from angry woman towards Shaurya.. I still remember that Ghadi se Kudd jaungi🤣 was last ever fight they had...

I am indeed so happy that story is coming to the main plot now! It was needed... But @Bold what is the mu here? He had indeed broken the engagement because she had to choose between getting married to him vs. Career...

I do hope he still has the stand there and that perception changes slowly... But let's see... Even CVs can use this as Anokhi's MU and keep her away for now... And suddenly show Shaurya being OK with Anokhi building her career!

It's totally DevGun vs. AsthAno... And choices Shaurya makes in this journey. I am all engrossed again!!!

Even I am fine with her getting dressed as per Shaurya's choice and all... I would have so much preferred Anokhi telling Shaurya that he, out of all people, had no right to tell her whom she should meet and not...

Like even if a person, is husband, boyfriend or whoever... Controlling you because of their jealousy is kind of proof of distrust! They don't trust you as a partner to be sober... And this opinion is not gender based! Same goes for woman who expects their man to keep them informed about every female friends they have the way they interact and all... I have a male friend and he has to call his wife-to-be on video call every time he meets us... So that his wife can be sure he isn't elsewhere or whatever... I guess such things are toxic..

Coming to manhandling... I don't like it, I have raised it earlier but now I am tired of calling it out... Apparently it's latest happening thing of television... Lol... And one of the worse manhandling in this show was during angry confession... I got headache seeing Anokhi being treated as milkshake... But oh well! Shaurya has been shown that way only with Anokhi since like I guess ragging scene...

I stopped treating these two as student teacher long back... Or else I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the show at all.. I love these two... But being into the profession seeing love story is little distracting.. Plus they have shown such scenes of unethical practices... Like Shaurya chosing to correct her paper first and all... Lesser I speak.. Better it is..

Shagun is mamle there is no MU that Shaurya said what he did tell Shagun while breaking Sagai! But what matters is that has he changed? If so aise kaise? Gussa hasn't changed but soch has changed... Theme of the show hai yaar..

Slowness... Toh ab I am glad ki woh logon ka falling in love phase khatam ho gaya hai... They are heading to main theme... Show is running in jet speed... I would have loved some decent conversations between ShaKhi... Ab toh milne se raha... They will now keep conflicting... Over choti choti cheez..
