He was basically telling her to take the dupatta dhang se cuz they were going for a formal event. The way she usually ties her dupatta on the side is a more casual look.

As token as it can get (sad). I also took his advice on the dupatta- as no more should she tie it the way she does while doing housework and she has to step into her career dream.

Initially I was very upset by Adilie's bleak demeanors especially towards each other- not even a smile? But then considering the gloom transfused by Malini over the phone -that shrouded both of them, I wouldn't blame them. GM brought out Adi's agony so well- he knows Malini's reaction will dowse them in pain for a long time and yet- he is so sure of what he wants- I think the best part is how he didnot buckle under pressure to even give her an I love you. And I didnt quite get- what Malini said : "Hamesha ki tharah wont you even say , I love you too?" I was like- how hamesha? I remember more times he didnot say I love you back to her than when he did.

I also liked that he was there to support Imlie- in a moment where even her mom wasn't there for her. The little bit where he gave her the bangles was comforting- which I guess is symbolic of his acceptance of her in his life. He also said- everything will change tomorrow after I tell her and we can have a new life - 'if YOU want it'. Hope that statement is indicative of a story arc where Imlie is willing to fight for her love ,though I and also am sure Adi, doesn't see it happening yet. I would have cherished some extra love from Rupi didi- anything to take way the despondency of today's episode

Do they fear audience backlash if Adi doesn't sympathise with Malini or think that showing Adi sympathising with her shows him in a more positive light? It may to a section of the audience, but it isn't consistent with his character at all.

If this is b/c of social media crap I'd advise makers to please have some faith in your product, your writing...you haven't catered to audience whims so far, so why do it now?

Most importantly, if makers are reading, I hope you understand that you are sending a negative message by glorifying a character who wants to commit suicide for a failed relationship. It's also plain glorification of defeatism. Please have the guts to call out wrong actions instead of absolving blame via the guilt-ridden shoulders of other characters.😵

I guess we can give it another epi or two to decide whether they've flipped Adi for good or it was just an off epi today😆.....like I said, the whole epi was built around glorifying Didi toh Adi's concern for her is suddenly being amplified after many days of him barely giving a damn😆.

They do seem struggle with consistency in how they want to depict Adi.....and right now, yes, they do seem to be trying to show him being more sympathetic to Malini right in time for her suicide attempt.....the problem is that they showed a lot of horrible behavior from Malini just last week which they are now expecting us to conveniently forget and swallow all the characters worshipping her again while also glorifying her suicide drama.....it's just a lot of bad factors converging.

We will only get a clear picture of where everyone stands and who is flipping/not flipping once the suicide drama is done with and we see the aftermath....

Looks like They didn't learned a lesson with Oms suicide .🤔 attempt. Fans asked for past and Gul gave a suicide attempt😆 Atleast he was not creepy. He was also parallel lead.

Adi Malini convo doesn't give those feels. GM also felt off. We got some outstanding monologue during AdiLie seperation.

Didi was total creepy. She is wearing heavy jewellery and wedding attire for a suicide😆

I do feel we are now coming up with total irrelevant theories too caz of our fears it is just writing failure but don't have much to do with the IG nonsense caz woh toh pickle 4 mahine se ho raha hai they never bothered.. all this disjointedness is definately jarring and they need to see just the last week of episodes to gather clarity .. ab sach main w9hi lag raha hai dusri shift wale writers took over with their sasta Nasha with how much jumbled up this was

I hope you're right re. the social media nonsense! Sigh...it's just sad to see the terrible writing when we have seen what this show is capable of.😒Downgrade in editing, writing & quality of episodes started from shift to Hyd only...I was braced for quality to take a hit but not to this degree.

Anyway...I hope this depressive period is not extended too much and show's original vibe returns soon!

I didnt see it as a flip. He is deadly scared as he should rightfully be- those were tears for fear...lol. Last time he announced that he and Imlie were married - she fainted and then there was the whole hospital drama and then he had to check in like 10 times after to make sure she is taking medicine, food etc etc. Now not only is he planning on telling her he is married to Imlie but that he loves her as well. Plus jaane se pehle she turned Tripathi Nivas upside down and they are still picking up the pieces of that tsunami.

Plus- if nothing else he has admitted she was his best friend - so I think its natural for the character to show remorse that he has to make her unhappy

See this is all part of original show so SM.ki bakwaas has nothing to do with it.. what I feel is happening is they are focusing too much on getting the aesthetician angle right with the move which which have done a stupendous job given how similar the backdrops look the colors match the Mumbai pallette the rooms look exactly part of their.mumbai sets. They did put effort in it.. hard to.tell ke poora location change hai if you wouldn't know from other sources.. but I think that made them lose focus in the crispness is the story and they are short on time so whatever they think is decent enough they put it in.. instead of refining m. Woh refinement is missing.. from.actors too.. now it could.also be because the uncertainty but I hope they settle up.soon and fix it... baaki sab toh baad ki baat hai..ghanta kuch karna hai aesthetic ka jab storytelling and detailing will go missing.. so yeah olz bring that focus back

Got really tired of this precap. How many days are they going to show the same depressing precap and keep glorifying it. These days the cases of mental health are raising, it is not at all good to highlight this particular scene.

I have a habit of watch episode more than once cause off leads, but since this precap started I am depressed to watch it.
