If you feel broken, that is fine. Just let the healing process begin. Let the light come within you. Find the reason of your main worry or problem and then create a circle of support. Environment makes a big difference. Just know healing may take weeks to years. As far study goes, keep an eye on removing process sugar and processed food. Start a journal as it may help your worries.

I am trying to get there.
I an not there yet,not even near it but I will keep trying because I want to get there someday. I will not lose my hope.
I know it's a long way, people may not appreciate that atleast I am trying but I will appreciate myself,motivate myself and keep on going.
I had never considered that playing soothing study music will be any help but I tried it and it really calmed me down and I studied peacefully today.
