But the symptoms started much before he told Riddhima.

That day morning while taking flowers... So I guess already 8-10 hrs might have passed.

And if kiara injected it she's already dead for a day so definitely 24 hrs passed.

So guess in that sense it's approx 12 hrs left.

I think we might get more BTS as the episodes start airing.

May be it was thinking told to keep under wraps... After the announcement came for goa episodes some BTS started flowing
