I think RR and Farhad will know that Pallavi is married but they won't know that she is a widow in coming episodes. Here is what I think that can happen.
RR and Farhad will reach home after pouring petrol and lightning spark in DN. As soon as they reach home, Farhad will start to leave somewhere. RR will ask where is he going. Farhad says that he has some personal work and his work for today is done so he is free to go anywhere. RR is hurt by his response and Farhad treating him as an employer rather than a friend. RR says that so now we have "personal works" between us? Farhad says Anna you didn't listen to me when I said you shouldn't do that with Pallavi. I don't have a good feeling about it so I am going to deal with it. Don't worry, I won't spoil your perfect plan and storms off. RR is already feeling not so good and Farhad leaving adds to his misery.
Farhad changes his clothes and get up so that people can't identify him quickly. He heads to Pallavi's neighborhood to make sure she is okay and D fam haven't done anything extreme. There he starts a conversation with neighbor where he hears, "Dekha anath ladki ko apni bahu banane ka nateeja, jinke Maa baap nahi hote unme sanskar kaha se aayenge?" Farhad is stunned. The neighbor further continues "Vijay ji ne apni bahu ko jyada hi aazadi de rakhi Hai. Dekhte ho Kitna tayyar ho ghumti rehti Hai. Uska Pati yaha nahi Hai toh Vijay Bhai aur bhabhi ne use apni beti ki Tarah rakha, anath ko maa baap ka pyaar diya, par usne toh unka muh kaala diya." Shocking would be understatement for Farhad. He concludes that Pallavi is Vijay's bahu and that her husband lives away from D fam. Farhad now understands the gravity of RR's actions. RR basically accused Pallavi of an extra marital affair in the absence of her husband, that too for money and shop. He carefully asks lest someone doubts, where is Pallavi right now. And gets the biggest shock that D family has thrown her out of the house.
He rushes back home and confronts RR. RR feeling guilty for spoiling Pallavi's married life and top of that feeling sad since she is not single
