That promo made it seem like at least in Pallavi's perspective, Raghav was the one who forced her into it with his money/power/manipulation and we know that Raghav would never willingly marry her without his Amma forcing him. So probably he gave her an ultimatum and to make sure he doesn't lose his Amma, he forces Pallu into this. And Raghav looking furious could be because of how he's forced into a marriage because of the mess "she" created.

If at all there is going to be a hospital scene, it's probably because Amma or Rambo fell ill. Rambo is already a heart patient and Amma is very stressed now. Whoever is in the hospital will be a catalyst for Raghvi to end up married.
