I don't think he is at that stage where he's thinking of seduction. He just doesn't see her the way he sees the other girls, and there too, it seemed they were running after him and not the other way round. I would like to see this further down in the story as it would be more meaningful. Right now he doesn't have a reason to, his threats and blackmail are enough.
