This banter about sapnas, reminded me of a classmate named "Sapna"... and my sapna to hear her speak hasn't been fulfilled yet... not that she was mute or anything but was really very shy. I tried to gather some courage in her to at least call our names a little loudly and not whisper I hope she's more confident now

Couldn’t agree more.

I love Mohit and Shivani, but even their characterisation is so shallow. Shivani’s been through two divorces and had a cheating boyfriend, so there’s a lot of scope. But they failed to bring any depth to her. The fact that she randomly vanishes doesn’t help either.

Glad mohit found his voice, but even he is just a tool who has been used to emphasise the leads’ greatness. Karishma has been treated exactly like Sai, but again no depth to her character.
Turning Didi into an out and out villain was also so convenient. Had she been a nicer person, the dilemma would’ve been so real. It would’ve been easier to sympathise with her. She is, after all, ‘the woman wronged’.

Honestly, apart from Sai, Virat, Devyani and Ashwini, everyone is a caricature.

One thing that still intrigues me though is Sonali and Omi saying Vahini has sacrificed so much for the family. If Sonali gets to know how Kaku and Ninad are most probably going to pin all the blame on Omi, then she might develop a little. Idk about depth, but I have a feeling Sonali might change a little then, as she has somewhat of a moral compass.

I have said this again and again but everyone, apart from the leads, were brilliant actors in KD. The guy playing Mohit definitely outshone the leads in each of his scenes. I could watch the show just for the supporting cast because the leads annoyed the crap out of me.

This is a mess. People seem to like BK but even she lacks subtlety. I don't understand her motivation.

The people playing Samrat and Jagtap are such great actors, but we don't see them much.
