Most likely not, the cvs would like to create a little bit of drama and because Raghav Rao is already the new owner of the shop...it's not likely to be possible

True. But they have the rent agreement. It easy to blame that she gifted without anything 35 years old shop to him. Raghav making compromising pics of pallavi doesnt makes sense. So any reason to through her out should be more related to shop as Rambo is most concerned with it. I dont see any MMS stuff relating to pallu and RR.

I think he would avoid doing MMS-related stuff because he doesn't want to hurt his mother further.

35 Years rented and given away can be concern for Rambo. Few clause can be added to make it seem more OTT like giving rights of DSE brand.
