Um, no. They were already supposed to be in a relationship/attracted to each other. Also, it's just a peck on the cheeks, not a smooch.

They were not boyfriend and girlfriend at that point. She was staying at his flat bc his boss (KK Menon) was having an extra marital affair with her.

Nope....not without the wife's consent otherwise it will be marital rape...too bad India doesn't recognize it yet..

I am not able to see the video ..so can't comment...but if it happened with consent its ok..even if they were not in a relationship.
