I m sharing my honest experience at hyd airport today....

Temperature checking nahi tha...many ppl were not even wearing mask until check in counters...RT-PCR test ki check bhi nahi ki...sirf social distancing maintain tha... nothing other than...

I was soo frustrated...kitna dangerous hain di...but no-one cared.... sometimes even after doing so much ppl get infected because of somebody else's carelessness

Delhi airport was nooooooo less, same situation there as well 🙄🙄🙄

Practically speaking I do understand dear. Just that ab do saal ho jayenge that I couldn't come.. So sometimes I get a little upset. On the contrary I am thankful that technology has provided the facility to talk face to face at any moment we wish.

And airport me toh normal travelling experiences are itself chaotic nightmares at times. I totally understand how it must be at this point of time.

People who refuse to wear the mask should for a moment think about the healthcare industry. They are not just weaaring only a single mask. The whole ppe kit makes them sweat even inside an air-conditioned atmosphere. So what to say about hospitals or nursing homes that don't have air-conditioning facility.

When those people are suffocating themselves to cure and care, the other people should atleast follow the safety measures properly.

It is scary to travel from anywhere Minnie. Singapore - Malyasia borders are closed for everyday commuters. Many have lost jobs due to this.

This is a country dependent on tourism which is now at a standstill. Every country is facing the problem due to curb the virus.

Yes di we should be thankful that the technology has atleast helped us keep in touch with our loved ones during these testing times...

@bold

Seriously di...health care workers are trying so hard every second to save lives whilst putting their own lives at stake for us...and people can't even wear a mask...it's so irresponsible 😢😢😢

Yes di every country is hit so bad in one or the other way 😢😢😢 kab jayegi yeh aafat

Di you work in the healthcare industry right...what is your take on the second wave ?? What would be an estimated projection on the how long these waves usually last ?

Minnie I think it depends on how it is handled.

This country didn't go into lockdown during first wave. Only during second wave in March 2020 it went into total lockdown other than essential services. Cases spread rapidly.

After 3 months, they began lifting lockdown phase by phase with many restrictions in place. It was only by end of December that it became a little normal (not completely). A minimal gathering of 8 people is allowed now.

Till now all religious associations have controlled public entry for all functions. Only few ppl are allowed in. Every function is happening in subdued manner.

Nowadays we can't go anywhere without checking in and checking out ourselves. It makes easier for them to trace and alert.

The authorities say this will be the position probably until 2024.

Minnie the thing is people need to follow the restrictions, otherwise we can't expect it to go away so soon.

I know its not easy in our country but the effort must be joint not just one sided.

All these rallies, religious and social gatherings that were conducted is what has spiked it so high.

They will conduct everything but an individual can make the decision of not going.

Kya kahun Minnie... I am also just as upset as all of you when I see or read the news.
