Cheating was reason for her to leave and after leaving already married ajay might have convinced his ex-wife to come back .

Anupriya might have felt threat to her position and power on knowing uma will be back .

And she murdered uma and later ajay .

Vyom definitely has some personal loss to avenge , it could be anything .
