Disclaimer: strictly my point of view. No one needs to agree.😆

---

This is not Pro/Anti Virat or Pro/Anti Sai post. This is just a small observation. I didn't watch the episode last night. I have yet to watch tonight's episode. Whatever I know is from the forum posts only.😆

I have wondered often about their feelings for each other. While Virat being less expressive about his emotions, has time and time again hinted at their blossoming relationship and tried to probe into her feelings for him.

As expressive and blunt and straightforward Sai has been, she tries to hide her growing feelings for Virat not only from him but also from herself hiding the feelings behind deal, vada and what not.

I once thought maybe Sai's feelings for Virat haven't been that strong. Because she's been more expressive in her love for Ashwini, Devyani and Shivani. While her feelings for Virat have always taken a back seat.

I also once thought that Virat's feelings for Sai might have been just infatuation thinking how his all anger is reserved only for Sai. While others always go Scot free.

I had made a post sometime ago about best friends. Even when they are angry with each other. Even when they have fought. Even when they refuse to listen to the other person's point of view, their thoughts are consumed by the other.

It's like a game where there are only two players playing a game. You can either choose to support or cheer against a player. They might like the cheering or dislike the non-support. But the truth is both matter less than the other player they are playing with. The two players react differently to the others. One of the players love the cheers and dislike the non supporters. Both the cheers and non supporters don't matter to the other player. But once the game is over, everything goes back to how it was before the game.

Same is the case with Sai and Virat. I'm reminded of the two tracks in the show.

Candyfloss episode: Before Virat came in with candyfloss, balloons etc. nobody mattered to Sai. Everyone else (along with their feelings for her) ceased to matter. Only after her problem with Virat was solved, did she realise that she had hurt anybody and she apologized for her behaviour.

Lunch with professor episode: Virat was super angry with her and became super receptive of others' judgements and opinions. And ended up hurting her. Anyone who supported her is wrong. Anyone who was against her is right.

I'm not saying one is right and one is wrong. This is just how their characters are.

When Sai is angry with Virat, everyone ceases to exist for her even when they are her well-wishers.

She apologises to them after the matter with Virat is resolved.

When Virat is angry with Sai, he becomes extra conscious of others' opinions. At that time he just wants everyone to support him against Sai.

He is back to not caring for their opinions once the matter with Sai is resolved.

It makes me think that for Virat, Sai matters more than everyone else. And he makes sure to let anyone and everyone know that he is hurt and Sai has hurt him and he goes on to hurt her to let her know how much she has hurt him.

It also makes me think that for Sai, Virat matters more than everyone else. And she hides into her shell refusing to let anyone in (even when they are her well wishers)

This is just how their individual characters are and this is how they show their anger on each other.

It also reminds me of her wall that was built because of Virat. Others like Ashwini, Devyani, Shivani etc. Easily accessed her as if the wall doesn't exist. But for Virat, the wall is always up. Virat sees that wall again and again but he doesn't see the door that she has made only for him. While her wall is up, no one else is allowed in. Only Virat had the key to that door.

1.She refused to apologise to Patralekha. Did it for Virat.

2. She refused to apply alta on others' insistence. Did it for Virat.

3. She refused to go to Ladakh. Did it when Virat asked her.

Virat has the key to her door.

They matter to each other more than anybody else. It's just that their way of showing anger on each other is different than each other.

P.S. I'm not justifying their actions. I'm just trying to understand their character traits.

Hi,

Just thought, I can add this to the last few lines.

at the end

She stopped herself from disclosing the truth of Kaku's kidnapping only for Virat.

You have very beautifully written by analysing their characters...... I completely agree with you.....❤

What i have observed even in real life is that we show our anger on the persons who we care most because we feel that we have that right on them.... we can't sit back and see them doing wrong things or going them in a wrong way...... even we only have more fights only with close friends because they are not understanding us or we feel they doing something wrong..... Same thing happened and happens with Virat when it comes to Sai..... when he feel that Sai is doing something wrong he shouts or gets angry on her to make her understand what she is doing is wrong.....

Sai nature is straightforward..... she tells on people's faces what she feels about them.... they don't keep something inside speak the other thing out....they are pure souls....but in general that type of nature doesn't work....I works only when the opposite person understands you....but even that has limits....they can never always understand you.... sometimes you should also show some understanding from your end which many of the times Sai fails many of times.....or even though she understands him but refuses to acknowledge it......or many time anger overpowers everything.....

They have some flaws and other exploit that in creating difference between them...

Absolutely loved the post dear, I shared the same point actually on Asmi's post that day, so hifi. Even I agree, for Virat, during an argument between him and Sai, he doesn't see Pakhi, Mohith ,Ninad etc, he only sees a person supporting him ,nothing special.

And yes, as Virat can enter in Sai's heart, Sai also holds the power to push Virat to every extent, make him go against his family, and also bring out everything hidden inside him.

Reading your post made me realise, that at the end if the day, these characters are really beautiful if explored and understood, with their flaws as well.🤗❤❤

Thanks for this beautiful post dear ❤. You have given us details based on your observations and I am very happy with the way you have approached it.

I want to look at both the character in neutral eyes. Anyone can make mistakes. I might like Sai for some reasons but she wouldn't become my favourite character that I cannot like Virat. Vice versa. Both has many nice qualities, complicated qualities that are hard to explain or sometimes even understand.

They both wanted acceptance from each other much before they even knew.

Your post brings out their behavior when they both are involved.

The interaction between the two, the equation that they share, the status of their equation at any point drives their actions, which arises out of the emotions involved.

It shows the way direction is steered, the reason why it turns good and why it turns ugly sometimes. Added to it is their nature, their behavioral trait, their character and their attitude.

It is all a deadly combination. Both want and would like the same and are failing to understand it. The way things are dealt is varying, they both have their own way of achieving things and they are almost in a completely opposite direction. Hence, though the target is the same for the both, they end up in conflicts. This is in addition to whatever is said above.

Communication is the key, both have to work on it.

thanks for adding this Mitra. Haven't we seen it in real life again and again. Even though we all know communication is the key. How many times do we actually do it. 😭

The truth is many a time proper communication never takes place in a relationship whether it is love, marriage, friendship, family etc. And the life goes on just like that and people learn to live with each other even with improper communication. It's weird but I have seen it happening.

I have tried it with a person. She misunderstood me and lashed out on me. and I not only apologised for the hurt I caused her unintentionally but also made it very clear where she misunderstood me and what was my true intention. But her anger and ego did not let anything I said in. I said anger and ego both. Because anger subsides with time. Ego doesn't let you move on and see your own fault.

Before this incident I thought if I just make my point clear to the person, everything will be fine because the other person will see my point and the problem will be resolved. I was wrong. Even though I had seen my approach failing before but this incident made me change my perspective. Now sometimes I just let it go.

Sorry for diverting😆

Communication is not easy. How I wish it was.🤔

No no no no no no. Don't get me wrong. Nothing here was to go against what you said. It's just that this thought popped up in my head and I ended up blurring it out.

I agree, if one doesn't bring their ego in between, they can achieve it. If it doesn't happen due to unavoidable circumstances, can be understood.

Aaw 😒, I see what you mean. Sorry for what you have faced dear.

I have just mentioned ego above 🙈.

Sorry for diverting😆

Not at all, please don't be.

Communication is not easy. How I wish it was.🤔

It is an ongoing effort. Let's keep trying, we can do play our part atleast.

Come on, why would I think that way. Even if we had not known each other, I wouldn't have thought that way 😆 .

Ego becomes a barrier while speaking or while listening to 😣.

You know a secret, that we all know but is still a secret smiley9, the secret is the problem and that is the solution as well.

Hearing and listening are two different things as you would know. We shouldn't listen to someone to give an answer, we should listen to hear their views or their points, understand that and then reply only if needed. Only then communication will also be of help.

I can keep talking for minutes or write pages, it depends on the audience or whom I am talking to whether they want to process the information or not. It is sometimes gets discarded even without being considered or heard.

This is where the ego and anger that you are talking will play a part. One has to calm down, if not immediately, a little later too, think through what was being communicated and not just that must be willing to make amends or willing to come to a common ground.
