Exactly, there’s a lot of similarities, uss season meh bhi the hero was stubborn and didn’t want to go same in this season, maybe the difference is Farhad will actually become a peer and not try to ask Mahis hand in marriage, but the ending seems so obvious, they’ll both die, or one will die and one will be a zinda lash. But the story is not from Abdullah, neither is it from Devdas. It’s basically ideas from previous seasons and they just put a few twists in it. Hashim nadeem is such a good writer like he wrote so many good novels I’ve read such as khuda aur mohabbat, abdullah, bachpan ka December, so I don’t know why this storyline is so weak. Chalo phir bhi dekhenge for Feroze and Iqra

Nai. There is abs no similarity except the basic skeleton of the story. Impossible love.. and hero looking for answers . Hero was stubborn but he dropped all riches and became a porter for a very different reason. It wasn't only love. He was also against his parents class difference mentality. He considered this as a punishment for his parents insulting hers. Till that point the show wS exactly like maine pyar kiya 😆 he dropped the idea that she wud love him , when suddenly one day she sends a msg and then comes to see him. That's the turning point , wo uske dimag se nikal jaati hai. He accepts his fate . Stops pursuing her bec she asked.

Agreed. Storyline is weak n everyone is watching for iqra and feroze lol there is a lot of buzz also reg the story..that's also one of the reasons for the popularity .

That’s what I meant to say, you put it in a better way but yeah agreed season 1 was much more memorable and had so much more going on even though there wasn’t many episodes.

Let’s see what happens I’m excited to see what happens on Friday, that’ll give a better idea on what may happen, I guess she’ll keep on thinking about feedi so she’ll tell fakeera to tell feedi to go and then hopefully the story will kick on

I think it could be sikandar and she’s praying for feedis well being after she’s seen him in the mazaar

Apart from Mahi, I only sympathize with Feedi's Ammi jee.... poor thing. Her pagla son... 😂
