Technically not a lockdown....

Section 144 is basically a rule of the IPC which prevent gathering of a huge crowd... limits it to a maximum of 5 people...

The “curfew” just has way stricter curbs so any industry that is non essential shuts down......

I saw this coming along since a few days... everytime I spoke to my parents, they would tell me about the probable lockdown in Mumbai and then the covid cases rising rampantly. It’s a bad situation there.

As a viewer of GHKKPM my complain to CVs is that this was their longest ( almost felt never ending) and worst executed track ever and just when it was going to change to SaiRat track now they have a shutdown for a few weeks. why couldn’t they wrap up earlier? Don’t know when and how they would resume but hoping that Virat starts reinvestigation ( and please no extra overdose of Virat and Pakhi) while Sai in GC or hostel is the start whenever they start shooting... I just don’t want to watch Pulkit and Devi track anymore with extra dose of patralekha.

I just hope it's a temporary one and doesn't impact the economy! There are lot of people, include actors, crew, technicians whose livelihood is dependent on the shootings!

The amount of cases of suicides and people within the industry having to ask for financial help from people they know during the previous lockdown was quite bad. 😭

Lockdown is not a solution. Only if people would have known the importance of wearing mask and social distancing. Due to few people others have to suffer.
